Creating properties

Steps

1. Open Your Properties, then choose Create (or complete the first-property wizard if you have none yet).
2. Fill address, home type, beds/baths, and photos in the property form.
3. Save — you land on the property detail page where you can add contracts.

Tips

• First-time owners may see a guided wizard before the full form.
• House layouts use beds/baths fields; multi-unit buildings still organize availability via contracts.
